Placing an Order
- The Information Service is a digital download (excluding product information brochures) of a specified Information Product. The details of each Information Product are set in the respective pages on the Radio Engineering website. Please read the product information brochure carefully as this contains important information about each product.
- After we receive your order you will receive an acknowledgment via the Radio Engineering website and a receipt via e-mail from the Payment Processing Company.
- To assist in fraud prevention each order is reviewed manually before the download link is sent out. KPR i-Services Limited will carry out this process without undue delay.
- We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the web site at our discretion.
- Items are priced in US dollars to facilitate worldwide distribution.
- We reserve the right to withdraw any item from our web site at any time
- We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any item from our website or refusing to process an order.
Payment
- Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards via the Payment Processing Companies(PPC)
- You confirm that the credit/debit card is yours.
- All credit/debit holders are subject to validation and authorization checks. If a card payment is refused or the authorization process via the PPC does not terminate correctly we will not be liable for any delay.
Access to your Information Product will be provided in an-email to the address you specified at the time of order.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to provide you with access to the Information Product in a timely fashion but we cannot be held liable to you or others for late provision of access to the Information Product.

KPR i-Services Limited authorize you to download and view copies of the Information Product only for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following conditions:
1) You must retain, on all copies of the Information Product downloaded, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein;
2) You may not modify the Information Product in any way, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, or otherwise use such Information Product for any public or commercial purpose.
3) You may not share the Information Product with anyone else.
You agree to abide by all additional restrictions displayed on the Radio Engineering web site as it may be updated from time to time.
Liability
Our liability in contract, tort or other representations arising out of these terms of trade shall be limited to all sums paid by you to us.
KPR i-Services Limited accept no liability for any damage to your computer system or any loss of data or any necessary upgrades as a result of downloading an Information Product.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Information Products you download are free of any viruses or other malware.
KPR i-Services Limited does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of information contained in any Information Product. You acknowledge that reliance on such advice and statements shall be at your own risk.
Cancellations
KPR i-Services Limited is unable to accept the return of an Information Product once downloading has commenced. However if you haven’t yet begun to download the Information Product you may request a refund within 7 days of placing the order.
KPR i-Services Limited complies with the distance selling regulations.
